Definitely value for money

Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. The location was very good, a short walk to the beach but it is on quite a steep incline. Pool area was lovely. All the staff were really helpful and pleasant.

The wardrobe door jammed shut , apparently the wood swells with the humidity. But if the wardrobe door handles were bigger and not just little tiny knobs then maybe we could have opened them ourselves .

Polite and helpful staff, possibility of doing sport activities for free

No smart tv in the room (there is regular tv), no hair dryer in the room unless you demand one on the reception, weird positioning of mattresses (two mattresses next to each other that can easily separate so you can fall in between them)

Good clean place to stay, especially if you need a gym for a decent price

Good location, good facilities for this price (pool and gym), very clean.

It’s a bit loud- in summer there will be groups of teenagers, but that’s the nature of this town. WiFi patchy.

JS Paradise Sport had everything we needed for a really relaxing get away (despite being deep in the heart of a party pl

Positives: - The staff were helpful & friendly. - The location of the hotel is close to the beach & restaurants/bars. 15 minutes by taxi to airport (20/25€). - The pool and gym areas were really great, especially the outdoor weights set up. - The hotel was very clean & rooms were cleaned each day. - There is a good range of food at dinner and breakfast, although occasionally interesting choices at breakfast (mashed potato, rice, cauliflower…)

Improvements: - The air con in the room was a little out dated and did not work well. - If you aren’t going on holiday for a party (like we weren’t) I would choose to stay in a different area. - You can’t take your own water into dinner and they do not have access to a tap. Drinks are expensive (€6.90 for two diet cokes).

I liked the staff and the food , very good and very welcomed And especially the receptionist Magda , she is and example how your staff should relate with your guests

I didn't like the fact that some of the guests were under the influence of alcohol and they disturbed the night of the rest What is the point of signing a a pice of paper were you are asked to respect the property, the staff and the rest of the guest, if some of us are allowed not to do it . The last night of our stay was a nightmare, because of the people that stayed a floor above us and nearly ruined our stay. I did call at the reception but not much was done about it I think that is a nice hotel , but too many young adults are allowed to stay and they don't behave as should

It was a pleasant stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly, perfect location couple of minutes bus stop that take you to the airport and Palma. Close to the sandy beach. The hotel had the trainer sessions 3 times a week. Food was nice, everyday different menu.

It said that it will be the night shows but was no entertainment or activities in the evenings. Only the outdoor bar on the street. The lift was breaking down every other day. It was fixed immediately but had to wake up the stairs to the 6th floor. The gym facilities could have more equipment to use such as a foam roller, bands etc.

It was truly a nice trip

I really enjoyed that it was possible to use the fitness when you want. That the staff is really helpful if there was something I needed. Jonas in the bar was so professional and sweet. So the overall experience is that you feel really welcomed at hotel - and as I travel alone that is important and that’s why I’ll come back.

The cork was missing in the bathtub and the aircon didn’t work - I was asking about it, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Good

The breakfast and dinner were very good, even for vegetarian. There was also a lot of vegetables. So for me, as a salad lover, it was great! The stuff was very nice, polite and they wanted us to feel good and appreciated. Mainly the chef (really funny guy) and than there were few people as a waiters (Daniel, Laura, and others which names I don't remember). The coffee was fine, but we love filtered coffee so we brought our own aeropress and prepared our own coffee in the dining room. Nobody had problem with that. The towels are changed every day. I don't think it was necessary but it felt good. The gym was also well equipped and you can have good fitness sessions there. There is one outdoor gym and one smaller indoor gym.

I would add some cheese like feta in to the salad bar. I missed some kind of protein during the dinner time. Yes, there were a lot of meat, but for me specifically, it was not enough. Our room windows were situated to the side of the indoor bar so there were music till the late night. We wanted to have our door open during the night (fresh air), so without earplugs it was impossible to fall asleep. The rooms were kind of old and small but it was ok for us. People in reviews talk about paper walls, so yes, you can hear your fellow neighbours talking. :) The elevator could be faster :D :D

If you have middle standards and a deep sleep this hotel is for you. All in all i would come back but it definetly needs

Food is Exceptionally good for a 3 star Hotel. Daily changing menus and fresh as well. Good Value for money! The beds are comfortable. Very very nice Staff.

Very very thin walls, you’ll hear anything and anyone. We had mold in our bathroom as well as hair stuck in the drainage from the previous Guests. The A/C is very old and was leaking.
